FU KUA?? 苦瓜？？？yes is bitter gourd!

normally the as people think of it bitter will be scare away / run away! haha...

well... I go to this Fu Kua restaurant just now, almost 50% of it dish are made up from bitter gourd!
and.. all the dish taste nice o~ didn't be that bitter / no bitter taste at all...( so don't be scare for those who scare of bitter gourd! )

my bitter gourd liong cha , is kinda nice n sweet  with  bout 0.1% of bitter taste
( haha, if my roommate who reject bitter gourd can take it, then it is acceptable for everyone)    ;)

this one the best! highly recommended!!! is bitter gourd deep fried with  salted egg, it taste fantastic good!  shud try!!!
