Just finish my final not long ago, and ya... everyone thought that after Final finish or usually final finish every university will have long break~ well... that not happen here... know what we up to now??
RESEARCH!!!!

ya... after today class, my tutor was telling us.... prepare for sleepless night, arguement with team member, prepare lotsa coffee.. and cold water to splash while people is ON FIRE!!!

ok... that still ok... the worst part! tada..... a research paper have to finish in 5 week time! are u kidding me??? ya, although I am not the leader... but I feel the stress!!!! and there is lotsa things to do man!!! and about the title..... welll we haven know till now... so nothing is start yet~
and we decide our title? think about title? hallooooo~ all of us haven have 1 touch on the project before.... is like throw us into a big sea and search for treasure......

is has been sooo long since I last blog... well.. is really been very very busy~ cause I am handling my final exam, which could determine me whether am I qualify for Malaysia Nursing board exam, if I pass, then I am IN, if not... *touch wood* I have to resit again.. so.... well everything is over now.. so pls pls pls pls let me pass!!!!!

it had been 1 month plus now... and......my boyfie is a korean, well.. I am definitely not a K-pop fans,I don't speak Korean, I rarely watch Korean drama too.... but, that is the important time that we meet, see each other and fall in Love ^^ ( maybe is cupid? haha )
he is a sweet guy, caring, tolerating ( hmm... u know, something.. I will mood swing :p), understanding....

~~but for me... on the other hand, is quite scary! cause I scared of big crowd!!!~~
I don't really count down for the pass few year, I think, the last count down is... when I was still a kiddo( in Penang) so.. is not that scary ~

and this time, is the first count down I join , and is at big city, the crowd is totally like sea ... phew.. to walk through, really need strength and energy....

Nowadays, a lot people go over weight?

why? cause we are Malaysian! stay in Malaysia, we hardly can resist good food!

how can u resist from nasi lemak in from of ur office eveyday?
the smell.....man! is a killer! and, what best together with Nasi Lemak? of cause is Teh tarik ! high five!! wow!

but, do u know that? just the nasi lemak and the Teh Tarik can cause us leading to Obesity? it contain too much of fat and sugar! is a killer food! well, I think... most of us know that, yet we can't resist them! cause they are soo delicious! right???

well well.... so take care of our body and keep our body health is our own responsibility..after all is your own body! and taking this food all the time.... lead us to Obesity range and what can Obesity can cause us?

Let me tell u, believe it or not, is a serious matter!

it lead us to diabetes, hypertension, heart problem earlier! and just with hypertension, u have to start medication as doctor prescribed and is long term follow with ur doctor management....
well... u can choose ignore all of these disease, and keep on with the same old life style... and it lead to stroke, heart attack, and the diabetic wound gone worst! believe me , is not that easy as u think it is...

I know, talk is easy.. cause I am also a food lover! and I like to eat!!!!

and... dunno since when I become lazy... and I eat lot high fat food and non healthy food!

Yup, I know of cause is festival season,
everyone is going back home, spending QUALITY time together with the love one.....

but for me, I just feel we.... student in this College.... I didn't means all, just some....
well, feel bit sad, cause seeing everyone is going out, going back, spending nice time... and we just stare in front of our lappie, facebooking???? man! that sound super duper misery??

Of cause, we will find our way to cheer up ourselves, already get used to it.....

feel sooo long didn't update my blog since my last post.....

well... been busy.... ~~but i don't know what I busy with, wakakakakaka~~

but procedure I think and work( I am in practical period now, so I am working on shift with all the staff nurses together ^^ )

and I felt sick, have quite high fever, 39 degree Celsius!! wooo!!! that the highest record I hit! haha....

but it gone down fast! thanks god..... been eating lot of medicine pass few day~ yuck~ hate it! * who like medicine right?? *

Weather is bad pass few week.... making everyone feel tired and sick...

Let talk about cendol today....well.. is everyone favorite I believe, especially in hot weather.
Is AWESOME to have one nice cold Cendol to chilled down and boost up the day spirit~!

Cendol is also known as煎蕊 .
I am actually curios, where is cendol come from, don't u all curios?? how come will have people will think out to have this unic combination?
Cendol , it form with coconut milk, red bean, palm sugar ( Gula Melacca), cendol ( the green jelly strip) and Ice. These the basic, but well.. there is certain place, and people will add on nasi pulut( glutinous rice) and jagung ( sweet cream corn) or maybe durian ( Malaysia famous King of fruit) /Durian ice - cream or maybe some peanut.

the combination might sound weird, but the taste of these is niceeeee! or I can rather use " AWESOME"!
* obviously, I am a cendol lover, hmmm.... for a dessert like this, who is not???

Cendol, it is believed that it was introduced to Malaysia during 1920, from Thailand. they called it : "Chorn Dooi".
The same things, Cendol also related with the word "jendol" in Javanese, Sundanese and Indonesia.

Mad week!

hmmm.... don't misunderstand my title. usually when I said MAD week! people will think it means I play crazily! but not this time. *** kinda like study crazily.

I just finish a MAD exam week!
as u all know I am a 3rd year student nurse.
and being a nurse wasn't that easy as everyone think, if we didn't mention it, I bet lots people doesn't know it was that.... well.... let describe as M...A....D.... MAD!!!!
I know, that was student life all about right?

phew.... I really glad finish my final sem5 exam, that means, I still have 6 more month to become a real state Registered Nurse.
* finger cross, every will move well!

my exam week.... hmmm... I think is kinda like everyone or any youngster out there.... I am also a midnight oil person, study last minute in this semester exam is killing me!
look at that notes!

this is just my semester 5 notes, and there is almost the same amount for each semester... soo....
let imagine, how much I have to read for my House Final exam???!!!!
gosh! barely imagine that! is damn scary!
* House Final Exam : is my college final exam, which test all the human system and what we had learned through out this 3 year, and we have to passed this exam to sit for Lembaga Exam( from Malaysia Nursing Board ) and be a SRN.

so, here I said I finish my exam, and the bigger exam is coming on the other side..... well, better prepare it early! hahahahahah....

How I study in last minute... like everyone else, lack of sleep, move like ZOMBIE....and sick... that usual for me and most of my course-mate, we have a nap at 4pm after class ( we do have to attend revision class after exam till 4pm, yup, even exam week), then have dinner and start study from let see.... 8pm? till..... well..... 3am? that the MAX! then have a shorty nap, wake up at 5/6am continue study till time for exam~
that mad right? is ok for first 2 day.. then for the coming day and subject.. is really exhausted! really will burn out. so..... Lesson of this is: DON'T STUDY LAST MINUTE!!!!
well, that definitely warning myself... lol

and the Exam week, really can said.... STUDY till VOMIT!

that the MAD me when exam session, I apologize if my expression is too scary~ :)

What a blueish day~

wow~ is been a time didn't update my blog,

well... I was busy with my college annual dinner and my practical exam.

and now, if finally finish!!!

I passed my practical exam, and the marks? still don't know till it announce by my tutor during I take my sem5 result and year end.

and bout the annual dinner, well... seems like everyone love it and enjoy it. that cool, right?

I will definitely post my hard work up here... but not now... gimme some time to arrange...

The so called Dragon Pizza wasn't that nice as expected, the bread is too thick, the chicken, cheese and ham is all covered by it.... all I can taste is bread and no cheese taste at all... although I saw cheese... chicken? tasteless.... not really favor it... but well.. if anyone seek for a full meal... this one really does.

coming up.... we go to Ikano power centre,

there were some japan product sell!

momoji choc was kinda cheap and in promotion!

and for sure, me and my fren does get some CHOC!

then, heading to this stall, SHIMINO. at lower ground floor of Ikano.

plan to try this long time ago, now I do have chance! cause I was stress! fat?? who care! grab it!!!

this is wat I get.... look nice?

how it taste? the pancake is thin and soft, there is lotsa banana, bit choc syrup, small piece of choc cake....

hmmm.... welll for me... the combination was ok... but it will taste better if the choc syrup is more and cake is bigger piece... n lesser banana....although I know banana can help to reduce stress! hmm...

is full after this... portion is just nice.

Why am I sooo busy???

going to bcome kuku soon, really mad in this semester, coming up OSCE, in the same time have to prepare our college of nursing night. ( is kinda like prom night, but... one point make it special is... we nt allow to bring partner and there is no guy~ ) but still..... everyone seems super excited... except me~ (I am suer stress!!!!!!)
hmmmmmm.........and pls... before that gonna pray hard for pass my OSCE
*OSCE = is a nursing practical exam that we dunno the question, as we enter the counter, we will start read the Q n start doing the stated procedure in 5 minute!!!!
so, wat I face now is... is the shortest time to decide my marks! 30 min = 120% ( for 6 practical station) and 10 min = 40% ( for 2 theory Q ) so, means once panic attack, u are DOOMS~~~

Ok, come back to CON night,
the theme is Magical night * something like harry potterish~
well, I am assign to decorate the hall, "not much... "
like I said, turn a stone into a diamond~
haha~

I went to 1-U to watch REAL STEEL!!!
Is awesome man! I love it! gonna watch it 2nd time!!!

The action is awesome, the message it bring out is good! strong will and Passion and also a sense of family love~ awwwww.......

I felt it is much better than the recent Transformer,hmmmm.....maybe of the spirit the movie bring out to audience~

well... I go to this Fu Kua restaurant just now, almost 50% of it dish are made up from bitter gourd!
and.. all the dish taste nice o~ didn't be that bitter / no bitter taste at all...( so don't be scare for those who scare of bitter gourd! )

we went to Thai Thai @ live Sunway Pyramid, first time been there... was pretty nice, like their interior design n the environment.( Rank : 5/5)

hmmm.... I always thought that it will be kinda expensive whenever I passed,
but.... the price was reasonable n all the dish is nice.

2.Green curry
3.Fried kangkung

well,food wise for me all is super nice rank : 5/5 !
cause I ate triple rice I had in my hostel... so... just imagine the mountain! scary?? haha

Yesterday went to try Mister Donut at 1-utama.( Jusco part)
My friend said through forum, it was said to be better than Green apple Donut.

but, as I tried it yesterday....
I still think Green apple Donut is better, much better...4 of us also agree that point.
maybe it is new and there is still many delicious donut haven come out???

What I had order?
I ordered one combo D, which is one hot latte and with 2 Donut, cost RM 9.80
Donut price range is around RM2.40 to RM2.60.

some of it was taste...... weird... I means the combination...
but the only I favor is french donut, which look like tire. It is nice for me.... among all I order.

overall rank for me was 3/5.

After so known each other for 9 years, today is the first day I going out with him, is my old friend...
well...Hows the day go? Was great! had movie together, then dinner.... n of course dessert! yummy~
Sound like a date right??? hahahahah......

went for - CONAN THE BARBARIAN-
hmmmm... was kinda bloody wise.... personally, I don't like it much.... was get scared and spilted my favor popcorn all over the floor... ops~
will if u like fighting, action, old ancient tales, and crave for some bloody scene u can go for it....

Dinner? we went to - TONY ROMAS- weeeeeeee~

Post this blog is because I seriously get pissed off by a friend I meet recently... but because of different perception in life... I don't think I will keep contact with tht person anymore.

What that much between rich and poor? How come there is people made it sooooo much different between? just to step down people head and said how successful they are as they earned alot! hello!!! peepal! there is not they way to judge how successful you are by judging $$$$$$!

So what u had alot of money?? So wht you are somebody! successful or not is not judge this way! is depend on people perception.Some people will said a person is successful or not based on the $$ he earn. But so what u can earn 100 thousand a month? and lost health, love , family???? there is thing that money can't buy back, right? cause all of these will lost with time fly.... they won't wait till u have time to take care ur health, love won't wait till u have time only manage! family members, especially old parent won't wait till u have time only spend time talk with them, they have limited time... and
Time won't wait!

For me, to be a successful person is to maintain the balance in life.What life have? Love, Health, Family and career. If u maintain all of these, for me that person is successful! Maintain as in, U have ur health body , U have lovely life with ur love one, close relationship with family and a successful career.

So what people with lots money with them? but they can't enjoy life? Life is short! is uncertain! with that much money... choose to hug it in coffin? or u choose to have nice memory in ur mind and all these beautiful moment, people can't take it away and it is irreplaceable.

So what I am not rich? so what I am studying nursing and not like anybody else in University????? I saw lot of thing that others people can't see in their normal day life.
I saw the great love helping each other, take care the love on when sick, I saw strong determination of live to move on and fight with disease, I saw people appreciate every single minute in their life cause they being through and they understand Life is short! I saw blind people how to use laptop, how to use facebook and they can type any other format by using microsoft ward like a normal person.I saw stroke people how to undergo rehabilitation and try to regain their normal life back, the strong determination in their eyes, can you all see???
can u all see all of these in everyday in ur normal life?
Although it is not easy, but I appreciate every day in nursing, cause I learn and I grow.
I learn to appreciate.
And I am Happy.

Don't be soo ego, people have their own value in this society. Is better to respect people than step down people, right?

No matter how rich or how poor u all, people, just slow down ur footstep in a while, put down the mask and have a look around... you will found that, things around you , they have their own beauty part to appear in front, sometime, we are really too busy and ignore all this beautiful moment around us.

The first time I am believing...the first person.... he leaved.
Leaved 5 of us behind..... and all of us trying to stand up with the pain he had left for us.
He took away my dream, my happiness, my family......

and it took me quite some time to stand up and to gather back all my broken glass.....

Now.... as time pass......
there was relationship that I believe that it will work, but till the end the is nothing.... vanish~
No matter how hard I tried, things just won't work out....what i gain? tears and thousand of broken pieces from my heart!

Some day, a person just asked me,
:" Samantha, after all of these things happen in ur family, do u still believe in LOVE? do u still believe in MARRIAGE??"

my answered?? " NO, I do not believe! "
I am tired of believing. Ya, it might make me look like a kite flying in a windy evening/ storm.....without string that control it.... for now, it might still flying high up at sky, but everyone knows, after sometimes.... if nobody appear and grab the string tight enough... the kite will fall into ground and brake into pieces.

if there anyone will appear and prove all of these wrong? and just grab the string on time before the kite fall??

A visit to NASAM

NASAM-National Stroke Association of Malaysia.

STROKE!!! How far do all people know bout it?
According to NASAM, do you all know that, in Malaysia , STROKE is the 4th largest killer after cancer and heart disease? it cause sever disability. And patient need a looooong and costly in rehabilitation .
And now all he stroke patient is getting younger and younger! some people even got STROKE even at their early 30! their prim of life! scary isn't it?

From what I saw at the center? I begin to feel grateful for those who survived and starting their rehabilitation and gain back mobility step by step. At the same time, it also remind myself the important to take care our love one and ourselves while we are young. Before all being toooo late....

Do you all know? most of the patient after stroke attack they need alot courage to regain back the confident and mobility? Do you all know? most of them are not that optimistic and are giving up themselves?
If not all these association, and all the volunteer worker... patient who are in lower economic status might still suffering the continuous impact of stroke.(muscle atrophy, fracture and etc...) and so... A big CLAP to all NASAM staff and volunteer worker who giving out their love and care to help strokee in all the rehabilitation.

Ok, so....
what is STROKE???
stroke is a brain attack. The brain controls various functions of the body and this vital organ need to be nourished by blood and oxygen 24hours a day. The nerve cells in the brain control all our 5 sense including all our physical and mental actions such as breathing, moving, thinking and talking. STROKE occur when blood vessel bringing blood and oxygen to the brain cells burst or get blocked.

so... once part of our brain get affected, it will affected our daily living activity...
it seems soooo easy for us just to feed ourselves, put on our cloth, doing all those things that we never think it will be so freaking hard when come to a stroke patient. Cause all of these need coordination, isn't it? so be grateful when you are healthy and can walk, talk, eat like everyone else. People should feel happy whenever they are healthy! Right?

well..... from what I learned in NASAM, their tag line are : the is life after stroke!
yes, it is! just have to be positive and patient can gain back their activity.

ok..... let temporary stop here, video up....

at NASAM, patient at there showed me , how to face this world positively.... they are strong! and beautiful!
although the road of rehabilitation is not easy, and sometimes it might be painful... but they are still continue doing it, to make themselves stronger and cope into our society.

At there, I also saw LOVE, love from partner and family who didn't give up on their stroke partner, encourage them, accompany them along the rehabilitation. That the great LOVE. *clap for them! *

most important thing, I saw GRATEFUL. our world now is full will all those desire, make people never be grateful with what their own and what their having. And turn up to be more greedy and having all the negative side.They never feel happy.
At NASAM, even though just a small action, a sport activity... can just make all patient face full with smile and make the hall full with laughter. Is so simple,to be happy, isn't it?

Finally, I was on Red- band now... 3rd year student nurse.
I was counting the day to get this band since I was sem 1, piglet, when there is empty on my nurses cap.

And now... I was finally red-band. From green to blue......

tomorrow will be the 1st day I wear my red-band nurses cap. excited and happy! but it also means... more responsibility and more knowledge.... gonna study harder!

hen will people start to learn appreciation? when they lost things?
ya, i think till that time, most of people will mourning in regret and sadness.

And this, including me.
Few years ago, I do have a normal happy family like everyone else. Well....that time, I was in teenage period, so u know.... I was being notty.. keep running out from house, ignore whatever my parent scold me... I don't even appreciate a meal with family....being rude.... haiz... worst attitude!

Till all things happen, I lost whatever what I own before....
then I start realize, how priceless all those things are! Those are things that not even money can buy back. No matter how wealthy u are.
Till the time I knowing that, how stupid I am, not to appreciate time and activity with family last time.I regret.

ok... example?? let see.... a meal of home-cook food,
I never think that home-cook food will be soooooo nice last time....which cook by my dad,
till now.... 3 years without home-cook food... for me, a meal of home-cook food is the best meal I ever had. oh well... time won't turning back, right?

That passed..... Now, whenever I had a chance to taste home-cook food from my friend's family... I will be very happy... :)

I might go for 30 minute jog ( well, this activity I just newly slot in my daily schedule)
till bout 6pm... Dinner time.
then rest n digest, during tis time I will surf net, listen to song...
8pm... bath n laundry.
10pm... assignment and revision.
then mostly till 12.30am... I will be snoring in my bed.... hahahahahahaha

well that most probably my whole day.

I was lay in my bed, thinking and crack my head for tonight dinner...
was surprise when Sze Theng ( my dear roommate) said : hey, why don't u join us for bowling and dinner today? with my church mate?

(suddenly just have a thought of sharing......)
Do you all wonder how you all can change and how u all hope to change ur life? well.... I do hope....sometime....

someone did told me before, " Life itself is mysterious,it obnoxious!" agree? any comment on this?
hmmmm.... in my life, at my point, from what I see....

Honestly, ~~I jealous, I jealous~~( just sometime), why everyone around me, same age as me....can have easy life, why everyone can have simple yet happy life in college? but me, I have to take up some issue, some problem, facing that and pull myself through? I jealous, y all my fren can just go for courses they like, courses that they wish from small, life that already arrange nicely, plan nicely, build nicely by parent.... but me? I have to create my own life by my own hand, I decided my life, I control my life, I have to build the road inch by inch, stone by stone.....

Sometime, I am tired, I just wish, sometime, there will be someone arrange my life for while, take away all these and let me rest and breath for while....

I know, somewhere out there, they are people are just the same situation as me, or... maybe worst.... I know, I am not the only people with all this sad tired life. There are more, right?? so.... keep it up Sam, you can do it!!!

well... I am just the same. I run away, avoid to face it...I think most people will do that right? or... maybe, just me...

I run away from all those problem around me, don't want to face it, but the problem didn't solve, it just grow bigger and bigger and now .. when I have to face it, when I want to face it, it already press me till I hardly can breath! GOSH!

These is what I learn n want to share around with all my frens, ( is a important info that I think is good to know)

Do u all know?
Statistic show that....about 90% of SLE sufferers are Women !!!
10% are men n children.
About 90% of women with SLE are in their childbearing yrs, (range between 15-50 yrs old )

Ratio:
In MALAYSIA, is is estimated that more that 10 000 people have been diagnosed with SLE over 30 yrs!!! ( wow! that a big figure! I am shocked to know that! )
In the WEST, among Afro- Carribeans 1 in every 250-500 people
USA-1 in 2 000 people
China- 1 in 1 000 people

What is SLE?
Is a Chronic, auto-immune disease of unknown cause where the patient's body makes large quantities of blood protein called anti-bodies that react against the person's own tissues.

Or what is LUPUS?
is a Autoimmune Disease characterized by acute or chronic inflammation of various tissues of the body.
Autoimmune Disease = illness tat occur when body's tissues are attacked by its own immune system.

So, people with Lupus, produce abnormal antibodies in their blood that target tissues within their own body rather that than foreign body ( bacteria or infectious agent ).

Because antibodies + accompanying cells of inflammation = it can affect tissues anywhere in the body.
( can cause disease of skin, heart, lungs, kidneys,joint and nervous system)

when Lupus is only skin involve is Lupus dermatitis, cutaneous lupus erythematosus, without internal disease is also called DISCOID LUPUS

whenever, internal organ is involve, is referred as SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS ( SLE )

it is believed that lupus has a genetic pre-disposition and something in the environment trigger the onset of disease.

Symptoms are...

unexplained fever
Extreme fatigue
painful or swollen joints
red rash or color change on face

unusual hair loss
pale or purple finger or toes from cold stress
sensitivity to the sun
swelling in legs or around eyes, etc
swollen glands

Hi,

It has been a while from my last blog,
life has been bit stress plus bit sad...bitter...
well...life still going on, that just what life is right?Combine all the taste, sweet, sour, bitter.... that what all people said... "u have to taste the bitter to know how sweet it is, right? "
My lappie just went into ICU, just get my lappie back from a good fren who help me to reformat it ( Thanks muchie!!! )......Yea... I am a IT dummy~ anything happen with my lappie.. I really dunno what to do, beside surf net and use it for assignment! ( pitty my poor lappie, I really dunno how to take care it.... till it SICK! ) haha~

Come back to this blog... Hospital? is nothing special beside the strong medicine, drug smell right? that what I feel when I haven attach nursing....
what I want to talk about it? well.... just said, I feel Hospital is a special place that is so different from everywhere else. As the time I posted ( having my practical ) long enough in hospital... ( I have been a student nurse bout 2 years now ), and I see a lots...

Is a place that, we receive a new life, and also let go another life...
is like a " life station"... everyone just come n go...... and feel like...life itself, just passer by every moment, every second...
I dunno how to explain what I had feel, cause it is complicated, and I still using time to digest it...

Let see, last month I having my practical at delivery suite n nursery, it a place that full of joyous, u can see that everyone is so happy to receive a new born life from every great mother, and the joy of new born bring to us ,it effect everybody else, people around are so happy n everyone just have the beautiful warm smile on their face to see the little cubby baby... talking that little baby look similar to daddy or mummy, thinking that what name for baby.. just like a seed of happiness, it drop and bloom a beautiful flower bring a beautiful scene.

But, here I am at ICU ( intensive care unit) for my another posting( practical period),
well.....it is not a happy place, all patient are really sick n they really depends fully on medical team ( all the doctor, nurses and technician).
The first day I step into ICU, I got a big shock... cause all patient are with soooo many equipment, wires everywhere, drip everywhere.... and they look sooo weak, is like one touch then they will crash n disappear( that just what in my mind.... ) and so... I am so scare n nervous to do anything in there...( luckily have all the train charged nurses and staff nurses guiding us--- that y our tutor call us " giddy goats " )

Till the 5th day of my posting... I come to face the real loss n grief.. a patient is going to pass away...
Okay, I study the theory part, I learn from the theory how to manage Loss, Grief, Care of dying...( is easy)
but when face the real situation....is not that easy as theory is... I found that... we really need to have strong heart to face to fact n the relative, for me... I am too scare to face it,the situation is so sad....n anger... n full of tears....

n so I just step a side, seeing how expert dealing in the situations....( they are my role models) I believe that as time pass.... I will learn to be like them soon.... cause I have to deal with this when I am a staff nurse.

That life, every seconds, there is people pass away and also a new born come into this world....
Life is mysterious. U never know what will happen to the next seconds, next minute... so why don't just live every seconds happily...agree??? ( that what I always told myself... although sometimes.. I am still lost in somewhere... haha...)

Hi,

Today is my Birthday! Just make quick sharing,
As everyone know, it is my birthday and also is my mummy suffer day, well.... I am the 1st child, that make it more difficult and more painful when come to process of labour ( the process of pushing me out and bringing me come to this world)

Starting of pregnancy, she have to suffer the process of carrying lil me in her tummy, the tummy will grow bigger and bigger,then as the tummy become heavier, my mummy will suffer backache if she did not use proper body mechanic( proper position to carry things around), n u know, I am Malaysian Chinese, that make more difficult, cause that lotz traditional rules ( what we call " pantang larang " ) to follow as my grandma is a very traditional mind old lady~

What next? hmmm.... if my mummy doesn't have lot Calcium that time, she might suffer leg cramp all the time or while sleeping. and u all know, every pregnant women suffer from morning sickness... ( man....I saw it, it look really suffer )mummy can't eat, lost of appetite, feel like vomit all the time........and that alotz!!!! Ask ur mom! Mummy will tell u~

1st time Scrub in Operation Theater

Eloooozzz~

new hair style in uniform, Do I look weird??

Today let talk about my experience in Operation Theater. How come I will enter there? well that is my practical posting, I was assign to operation theater for 2 week, and... today is my 5th day in theater.

well.... as everyone know, is scare to see all the bloody scene appear in front of ur eye, same as me! 1st day I saw the operation, the first thing I tell myself " man, I muz take good care of myself! coz all the cases of operation look soooooo pain!!!!! "

Ok... let talk bout my special experience today, cause not everybody have a chance to scrub in to assist doctor in theater, and today I am the lucky one! * boy~ I am really realllllyyy lucky! or....... other way.... ~~bad luck!~~* hahahahah~

Before enter theater to assist, we have to scrub our hand. ( surgeon, assistant nurses, instrument nurse-nurse who in-charge of all the operation equiqment)
I never learn to scrub my hand before, so this is the 1st time! sooooo nervous... n plus.... Operation Theather( OT) temperature is soooo freaking LOW!!! so cold... n my hand just trembling .
How to scrub hand?well, I don't think I will talk at here this time... but is really painful ( for me, or maybe for 1st timer)

this is how I look like in OT, can't take my own piz, cause we are not allow to bring camera in due to rules and regulation ~

The sister in-charge do teach my how to scrub my hand, wear sterile gown and wear sterile glove in the correct way.( for 1st-time, I think I was doing bit slow... but I did it correctly * phew, was actually take a big breath after I done! )

Step into theater, there is CN( charge nurses-nurse who is more knowledgeable and experience) at there to guide me, n I was standing just beside the surgeon! wow! all I can hear is alll my massive heartbeat! ( coz is first time I stand that close to an operation!!! )

in OT, I did not do much thing, cause I am still new and I am just a student nurse ( cause if anything went wrong, there is BIG responsible! ) , so I just follow the instruction CN given to me, follow the surgeon learn the anatomy of that particular organ operation .( what Operation?I will talk it at my next blog~ )

is alotz of new thing I learn today, let me summarize up myself.. then I will share out.

Let talk about my Tropical Spice Garden Penang Trip! I love that trip sooooooo much!
cause is so fresh, so wonderful to have a breath of fresh greenish air after a long time living in all the concrete jungle, facing all pollution, smoking area.... ( bluek! that I hate the most!! ** some time, I wish I can just live in jungle, with my love one and enjoy all the time together, cause that is too much of realistic, too materialistic, in this concrete world,making all people so complicated! Don't u think so??? well~ think that living in jungle, is a most simple happy life for me that I always wish for!! sound like I want to be a girl Tarsan!!! aeeeeeeaaaaaaaoooooooOO~~~~ hahahahahah! * wink* )

Alright, back to the topic, is all about my trip after all~

hello..... is seems so long I didn't update my blog, was crash with something in my hometown >,<

okie.... here is the interesting part! I cut my hair!
phew.... I really take out lot and lot of courage to do this! cause I really trying very hard to keep it long!
what make me cut it???? that based on TONES of reasonssssssss!
( 1st, cause split end , 2nd cause I need some booster for a new kick start, 3rd try my look......4th,... bla bla bla....is lot of reasons... )

In my annual leave, I did visit some interesting places, one of it is.... Tropical Spice Garden. Is so wonderful and it seems like a wonderland for me, cause I love natural garden, I do wish someday in the future I can own a villa at some quiet, beautiful, greenish environment, keep away from all those smoke and pollution area.... I wish everyday I wake up will have a breeze of fresh air~ aww...... nice isn't it??? alright, this I will keep the piz to my next blog.( stay tuned k? )

is a unique concept to let people having meal on tree house....Have some fun time having meal on tree house, ( yes! I means on tree!! and is fun! ^^ * but have to reserve, cause the seat is limited )

I am lucky that day that I can have my meal on this tree house ! yay!

It was the last day posted at Nursery,
It is a very happy place! Just imagine everyday what you deal with is just baby...

Baby are simple... they are the purest!

Amaze how a little tiny cell, after 36 week can growth and become a beautiful baby.

when baby come to this world... is like spreading the happiness seed around,
everyone is so happy and excited to see baby...

Oh well, after one week times in Nursery, is time to walk out from there to face the world...

( cause mostly we will be send to be helper! )

* why want to feel for contraction? when a women delivery, the session of the contraction will be frequent, then the mid-wife have to feel and time for the contraction to check for the birth of baby.( is a must in our Obstetric subject)

After so long didn't went for Orchestra Concert, finally today I went to it.

Is a very nice concert, I like the opening! it sound very nice...
love the violin solo and movie sound track! great job man!
